4. Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

6. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
