Panels can be removed, reshaped and rebuilt in new materials, with textures, finishes and detailing integrated directly into the original silhouette.

Some commissions call for a few carefully reconstructed sections. Others become a complete transformation.

Either way, the build is determined by your idea, your story and the moment you're creating it for.

The Process: From Idea to One of One

  • Your Story

    Tell us what you're creating it for.

    A fight. A milestone. A person. A memory. A concept you've had in your head for years.

    You don't need to arrive with a finished design. References, colours and an idea are enough for us to start the conversation.

  • Design & Materials

    The concept is developed around your boot and the story behind it.

    Leather, fabrics, finishes, hardware and reconstructed sections are selected specifically for the build.

  • Handcrafted Construction

    The required sections of the original boot are carefully removed and rebuilt by hand.

    Every project is different. The design determines how far the reconstruction goes.

  • Final Product

    The finished pair is checked, fitted and inspected before leaving the studio.

    The result is a one-of-one Art of War piece created specifically for you and never reproduced in exactly the same way.
