Flexible payment options

At checkout, you can choose to spread the cost of your order using one of the following providers, depending on your order value, location and eligibility:

  • Shop Pay Installments — pay in instalments through Shop Pay.
  • Klarna — pay in instalments or pay later. Borrowing more than you can afford, or paying late, may make it harder to get credit in the future. Late fees may apply. Credit subject to status; UK residents aged 18+. See Klarna's full terms.
  • Clearpay (known as Afterpay outside the UK/EU) — pay in 4 interest-free instalments, due every 2 weeks. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident. Missing a payment may result in late fees and could affect your ability to use Clearpay in future. Clearpay is a form of credit not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Availability of each option depends on your order value, delivery address and the provider's own eligibility checks — you'll see exactly which options apply to your order at checkout, along with the provider's full terms, before you confirm your purchase. These are third-party credit products administered by Shop Pay, Klarna and Clearpay respectively, not by Art of War Studio directly.

Instalment and "buy now, pay later" style products are a form of credit. Only use them if you're confident you can keep up with the repayments. Missing payments could affect your ability to get credit in future, and may involve additional fees or interest depending on the option chosen. What does Art of War Studio specialise in?
Art of War Studio specializes in custom-designed boxing footwear. We create hand-customised reinterpretations of iconic boxing boots, blending influences from fashion, art, and contemporary design to produce performance-focused footwear with unique visual finishes.
Are all products made to order?
Yes, all products in our catalog are made to order. Each pair is individually hand customised in-house with a limited batch production model and an estimated 4 week production time, plus shipping.
Is worldwide shipping available?
Yes, worldwide shipping is available for all orders.
How long will my order take?
Standard production is about 4 weeks before dispatch. We email you as it moves through production and when it ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can cancel orders within 1 hour of placing them. After that, your order has been placed with our suppliers and can't be cancelled. However, you can still change your design.
Can I order a colour that isn’t listed?
Yes. Use our bespoke commission form and tell us what you have in mind
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay in full by card or spread the cost at checkout with Shop Pay Instalments, Klarna or Clearpay, depending on your order and location.
Are your boots official Nike or brand collaborations?
All our pieces are genuine products from verified distributors, customised by Art of War Studio. We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brands.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order is tracked and insured, and you’ll receive your tracking details by email.
Do I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be charged duties or import taxes on arrival, which the customer pays.
Can I return my boots?
Custom and personalised products are final sale. Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days if unworn and in the original packaging. Contact us first for a returns address.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return, to your original payment method.
