Returns & Refund Policy
Custom Products We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom or personalised products. All custom orders are final sale.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to process cancellations as orders enter production or fulfilment immediately.
Returns on Eligible Items For non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law. To initiate a return, please contact us within this 14-day window to obtain a returns address before sending any items back.
Items must be returned in the following condition:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In the original shoe box, undamaged
Items returned without prior authorisation, or that do not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
