Processing Time Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Custom orders have a production time of approximately 4 weeks before dispatch. Once your custom order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that custom orders may occasionally be subject to delays beyond our control, including supplier delays, high demand periods, or unforeseen operational disruptions. In the event of a significant delay to your custom order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible with an updated timeframe. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location:
- United Kingdom — £9.99 (free on orders over £650)
- European Union — £54.99
- North America (US & Canada) — £49.99
- Asia-Pacific — £34.99
- Rest of World — £54.99
The rates above are estimates based on current courier pricing and may change from time to time without notice. The exact shipping cost for your order is always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
